Disclaimer

Rentlet lists where people search and what to watch for. It cannot check the people on the other end of a listing, and nothing here is legal advice.

We cannot vouch for anyone

The portals, agencies, official channels and groups on the city pages are listed because that is where people in that city actually look. We can never guarantee that an agency, listing or landlord is legitimate. A site being listed here means we saw it live when we checked the page, nothing more. Agencies are not vetted, listings are not checked, and we have no relationship with any of them unless a placement is clearly marked as sponsored.

Before you pay anyone anything, read the guide to avoiding rental scams. Never send a deposit, a fee or a “reservation” before you have seen the flat and met the person with the keys.

Information, not advice

The country pages describe the law as we understood it on the date shown, with the sources listed. Laws change, regions differ and your situation may not fit the general rule. Nothing on Rentlet is legal, financial or tax advice. For a decision that matters, ask the tenant union, the public advice service or a lawyer in that country; the country pages list who they are.

Figures are dated ranges

Rents, scores and queue times are ranges with a source and a month next to them. They describe the market at that time. They are not a promise about what you will find or pay.

We link to portals, authorities, tenant unions and other sites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for what they show or do. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave Rentlet.
